  • An initial 30 to 50 minute session with a Personal Trainer to discuss your fitness goals, current lifestyle, any injuries or limitations, in order to determine your needs.
  • A custom designed program created by your Personal Trainer that is tailored to your needs.
  • Two 50-minute sessions with your Personal Trainer to go over the plan, walk you through your workout, make any needed adjustments, and teach you the right approach to training.
